West Haven's very own Tom Clement works for Air Inc. so I want to give a HUGE shout out to Air, Inc. I had an issue with my 3 year old gas furnace where I wasn't getting hot water. Air, Inc. was there on a Saturday exactly at the time he said and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me.

Then after speaking with Tom, he was able to confirm that the part was under warranty and this morning I got a call that I wouldn't be charged for the part. Now THAT's customer service!!
