West Haven's very own Tom Clement works for Air Inc. so I want to give a HUGE shout out to Air, Inc. I had an issue with my 3 year old gas furnace where I wasn't getting hot water. Air, Inc. was there on a Saturday exactly at the time he said and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me.   Then after speaking with Tom, he was able to confirm that the part was under warranty and this morning I got a call that I wouldn't be charged for the part. Now THAT's customer service!!

Dear Air Inc.   I don't have enough words to describe what I think of your company, but I am going to anyway. After the excellent job of installing our new furnace on Monday April 8th, 2019, I called Air Inc. on Wednesday and voiced our two concerns to Tracie. She Relayed our concerns to Mike, the production manager and then told me he would be at our house within the hour. Mike was at our house in less than an hour ans went through our house assessing what we needed. He came up with solutions that would help our problems and explained them thoroughly. My wife asked for brown heat registers. Mike told her that the register came in white but he would spray paint them so they would blend in better with the paneling. Mike, Dave, and Eric arrived on the dot of 8:00 am Thursday and began going over the whole plan, making a more detailed plan. They went over the plan with me. Dave showed me what he was going to do before he started. When they were finished Dave showed all that was done and everything was perfectly clean.  We could tell that your men are held to a high standard. Everyone I have dealt with were great. They were kind, informative, polite, and most of all meticulous in the work. This is the mark of a great company. Air, Inc. did diagnostics on our old furnace which was overheating; they found this was due to wrong furnace sizing done years ago (when 2-zone with damper was converted to 2 independent zones). Even though we did not end up purchasing the replacement furnace from them, they did a good job troubleshooting, and gave us a fair assessment of the problem and good estimate for work to be done to correct the issue.

Air Inc came recommended, and they didn't disappoint. I called on a Sunday evening after coming back from some travel to find a cold house. Mark asked all sorts of good questions beforehand, and even tried to solve my problem on the phone, and save me the cost of his visit. He came out anyway, and was able to identify the problem that three other furnace repairmen had failed to identify. I thought the fee was quite reasonable, and I appreciated how Mark left his card, as well as a description of what he had done with the service. Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon, but I would definitely use them again!

Came out during a hurricane and snow storm. Office updated us consistently as to technician's exact arrival time.

Fast work, great personality and wonderful customer service, recommend to anybody who need work done on heating. I was waiting 3 days; the coldest days in my life without heating till i find this company and got the heating working again:)
