Air sent the technician Monty Wayne who was beyond and above one of the best technicians we've ever worked with.

Monty solved an issue that beleaguered us for nearly 2 years. his demeanor, persistence and tenacity solved our issue where other technicians could not. I would not hesitate select Air Inc and Monty as the technician if and when we needed again.

To be honest we used 2 other technicians trying to solve our issue and then called Air because we purchased a patio flame product from you years ago and hoped. you had someone with experience to work on our Napoleon gas insert. Fortunately you sent Monty. We truly was fantastic.our service area
