Lori in the office was helpful, knowledgeable and got the entire process started - QUICKLY! From the first phone call, she called back with information within a couple of hours and had a repair scheduled in 4 days - which in the middle of HOT summer is awesome!
Our Installation Crew
Monty was so personable - he really should be in sales! He kept me in the loop with everything he was doing and was able to troubleshoot the problem in very little time. He was professional and unbelievably knowledgeable. And the poor guy got wet cuz he had to rinse out the unit outside. Give this guy a raise...
