The original plan was to simply replace an existing system , which had been installed by another company over ten years ago. When the engineer and manager reviewed the proposal they came up with a more efficient and cheaper option
Excellent. All appointments were set up quickly and later confirmed. Everything happened per the schedule
The manager explained the option personally. We felt the company wanted us to have the best option.
Worked neatly and efficiently. The team leader explained clearly when the crew would be inside and when working outside. We hardly knew they were there. Everything was completed on schedule
They left each area spotless
What made you choose our company:
You were the registered dealers for the previous equipment. The company who installed it seemed unable to make repairs and were vague about part replacement. You researched this system and explained why parts were unlikely to be available. You had good reviews online. We went from there and with your rep's advice when he visited and we now have a very efficient Mitsubishi system and look forward to a cool summer.
