Tracie and other office staff worked with us to find a mutually agreed apron date for our installation.
James came out at the appointment time, answered all our questions, and responded via text quickly when we asked for clarification regarding our contract.
Mike as production manager came ahead of the crew and as the installation began to troubleshoot and insure a smooth process. He also responded to any pop up questions. Jesse’s and his team are professional and well organized. We were well informed of the process and the timeline to complete.
The team worked as a team and set up and cleanup was great.
What made you choose our company:
Ten years ago we installed a ductless unit and had it serviced annually by Air Inc. We had always enjoyed the quiet comfort of this system and the professionalism of the technicians who serviced it. When we decided to upgrade our AC it was an easy decision to choose Air Inc.
