Sales Process
What impressed me most about the sales rep was the depth of his knowledge and his obvious experience with actual installations. Another rep was equally good, but Tom's solutions to our installation were better (and less expensive!).

The Cleanup Process
Amazing. It was as if they were never here--every day, not just at the end--and we have plaster walls and ceilings. Amazing.
