From my initial contact with Tracy, to the Sales Rep Sunil to the awesome installation by Zak, Jesse and Jesse I couldn't be more pleased.
Tracy is very friendly, professional with terrific follow up and people skills!
Sunil was very professional and knew exactly how to design my ac needs. He's also very polite and kind.
My installers were extremely professional and friendly. The installation went very smoothly in that these fine men, Zak, Jesse and Jesse knew exactly how to install the units I purchased!
It was like they were never here! Neat as a pin!
What made you choose our company:
I was checking out three different companies through Home Advisor. The first company never got back to me, the second left without designing my system promising to get back to me in a week and Air Inc. was very professional from start to finish. With Sunil, my system was explained, designed and priced and scheduled during our initial meeting and I am now ready for the summer with my new air conditioning! Also, I'd like to mention the terrific follow up and the personal touch in that I can contact the company or Sunil anytime for any reason and will be responded to immediately! Thank you Air Inc. P.S. I found out after the fact that my best friend had gone through Air Inc. and Sunil for her a/c needs and was extremely happy too!
