Connecticut Has Finally Come to Their Senses!
"When I Was a Kid, a Loaf of Bread Was Only a Nickle!"
The last heating oil price spike was just a test to see if we would pay that price, and we did. Propane and Natural Gas have followed the same path. It seems they want to feel where the breaking point is for homeowners.
Heating fuel price spikes will happen, again and again, causing homeowners to spend thousands of dollars more to heat their homes.
Think about it. An oil tank needs to be filled at least three times a year, with what they are calling a reasonable price of $3.50 a gallon.
$3.50 X 275 Gallons X 3 = $2,887.50 😱😫😢😡 And remember, the $5.00 p/gallon we were paying in the past year was a teaser! 📈
You Have To Crawl Before You Walk.
You have control over this! Let me share some information I recently received.
Energize CT and the Federal Government are giving considerable incentives to homeowners for converting from Oil, Propane, and Electric heating over to HEAT PUMPS. (If you have or are planning to go solar, this is a no brainer)
I’ve been recommending and installing Heat Pumps for my customers for over 31 years, and they are just catching on. Waiting for the Feds and the States to realize something this important is like watching water boil.
Now that they finally see the forest through the trees, they are on board, offering HUGE REBATES and TAX CREDITS for switching over to the improved, efficient technology of Heat Pumps. About Time!
Show Me The Money! 💰
What's the big deal with these Heat Pumps, and why is everyone talking about them?
Heat Pump manufacturers have improved the efficiencies to supply enough heating in the coldest of climates.
They can efficiently heat your home, even at minus 22 Degrees Fahrenheit outside temperature.
Heat Pumps have been a lifesaver and money saver in many colder states like Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. No more cutting and hauling wood.
Connecticut is next in line to reap the benefits other States have received from the Federal and State levels.
For the first time in 31 years in the HVAC business, the State and Feds will offer very generous Rebates.
*Heat Pump Rebates up to $8,000 per household (Mail-In).
*Instant Rebates up to $4,000 per household (Upstream Rebates).
*The Rebate amount depends on the system BTU ratings.
Air, Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning just sold a Heat Pump system in a two-story Colonial Type home, with the customer receiving a $6,520 Mail-In Rebate and an Instant Upstream Rebate of $3,260. Now that‘s AWESOME! Rebates totaling $9,780.
Give me a few days, and I will post more information about the types of Heat Pumps available for a home like yours.
